Ortho-Bionomy is suitable for every age group and mobility level, from newborns to elderly.
Ortho-Bionomy sessions are fully clothed and the practitioner usually works with the client on a bodywork table or chair, and occasionally with the client seated or standing. A strong focus is placed on the comfort of the individual. No force or manipulation is used.
Someone who experiences Ortho-Bionomy may notice more thorough relaxation, increased circulation, greater range of motion, release of muscular tension, and a sense of mental safety and peace.
Sessions are provided on location at your request, such as residences, offices, retirement villages or events. Bookings can be made per individual or group (separate sessions). Contact to discuss further details and pricing.
